Exterior coatings are ideal to preserve the natural look of any building or signage and can last up to 10 years. By spraying the coating over the surface a semi permanent film is achieved that dirt, algae and lichen will stick too but then washed away with rainfall creating a self cleaning effect. TouchClean® acts as an air purifier capable of removing air pollutants when they come into contact with the coated surface enabling the surrounding environment to be much more environmentally friendly. TouchClean® is also highly UV resistant creating a cooler building during summer which will help reduce building maintenance costs.

Cleantech Solutions Service (CTSS)will implement a structured project plan to ensure minimum distruptions from start to finish.
